Return & Refund Policy

 

Thanks for shopping at Znuggle.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1- Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non­refundable: If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item: all our products are inspected before being sent to ensure no defective products are sent.

You need to send an email through the contact page informing that you returned a product with your full name and the reference of your purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered in good conditions to the above address.

2- Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

The delay to receive your credit is depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that if there are any international bank fees for the refund, they will be at your expenses.
